STANDARD CONDITIONS OF HIRE
CONNECTION VIP Chauffeur Hire (referred as the Company) undertakes to hire vehicle(s) to Customer for the period of hire under the following terms and conditions
1. The whole amount of the hire charge is payable by credit card at the time of the booking. A refund confirmation would be provided regarding the details of such bookings
2. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 Hours of the period of hire, any monies would be totally non-refundable
3. Every effort would be made by the Company to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach destinations on time too. The Company shall not be held responsible/liable for any delays that occur beyond its control
4. The Chauffeur would travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the customer
5. Although vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British Law, the Customers’ properties are carried entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property
6. The Company and its Chauffeurs have the right to refuse carriage of any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, vehicle or any other passenger
7. The Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles
8. Nothing can affect the consumers’ statutory rights
